General House Rules<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dear Guests,<\/h4>\n

To make your stay at the Alpin Royal Hotel & Restaurant even more pleasant, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules. For the purpose of maintaining public order and the house rules, the staff of the Alpin Royal Hotel & Restaurant are generally authorised to give instructions to every guest.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Treatment of hotel property<\/strong><\/p>\n

The furnishings in the hotel rooms as well as the furniture and other fixtures throughout the hotel area must be treated with care. Please note that any damage caused by you must be reimbursed to the hotel and may be invoiced to you.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Smoking<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms and is only allowed in the smoking areas of the restaurant and casino as well as outside the building. If a fire alarm is triggered due to unauthorised smoking or if the smoke detectors are deliberately tampered with, the Alpin Royal accepts no liability. Any resulting costs for the deployment of the fire brigade or other security services must be settled directly on site. If it is discovered that guests are smoking in the rooms, a special cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Access\/Key<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Upon check-in, you will receive a key card (badge) which entitles you to open the room and building doors. The key card must be returned to reception upon your departure. Should you require a second key card, please let reception know. A charge of CHF 50.00 will be made for any loss.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Reception<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our reception is open for you from Monday to Sunday 10:30 to 4:00.<\/p>\n

We would ask you to report any complaints regarding your room, or any inconvenience caused by hotel staff, to reception.<\/p>\n

Arrivals & Departures<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Check-in from 3 pm<\/li>\n
  • Check-out by 11:00 \u2013 please use our check-out boxes for returning your key cards<\/li>\n
  • Early check-in upon request<\/li>\n
  • Late check-out \u2013 available on request (subject to a charge of CHF 30.00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Rooms<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Our rooms are cleaned daily. Please decide for yourself whether you would like a towel change by placing them on the floor. For safety reasons, leaning out of the window is not permitted. The windows may only be opened for airing the room.<\/p>\n

    We would ask you not to throw sanitary towels, tampons or any other items into the toilets, as this may cause blockages in our plumbing system. We expressly reserve the right to claim compensation should this instruction be disregarded and result in damage to our premises.<\/p>\n

    Catering establishments<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Our hotel features several lounge areas with a variety of drinks and snacks.<\/p>\n

    Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 am to 11.00 am<\/p>\n

    Casino<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Open daily from 11.00 am to 4.00 am<\/p>\n

    Use of the Internet<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    When using our Wi-Fi internet access, you must comply with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation and the legislation on the protection of children and young people. Any breaches of these provisions must, as a matter of principle, be reported. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damage resulting from a failure in the Wi-Fi connection.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    A good night\u2019s sleep<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    We expect all guests to treat other guests, local residents and staff with respect. Visitors who are not registered in our booking system and are brought to our hotel by guests are only permitted entry after checking in at reception. We reserve the right to refuse entry in individual cases.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Illegal drugs and weapons<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Bringing illegal drugs or weapons onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the premises. In such cases, the relevant authorities will also be notified.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Emergency<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Our fire alarm is a loud audible signal. When this sounds, you must not return to your rooms and must leave the building as quickly as possible via the signposted escape routes. In this event, only the staircases and emergency stairways may be used; emergency exits are clearly marked. An evacuation plan is displayed on the inside of each room door and in the corridors. Please read the fire prevention instructions posted on each floor carefully and, in the event of an emergency, follow the regulations or the instructions given by staff.<\/p>\n
